Damien Burl, principal of Top Gear Finance, is a mortgage broker with over 27 years experience. He has helped hundreds of individuals and businesses to secure their futures through housing and commercial finance.

After working for Commonwealth Bank in a variety of Senior Lending positions, Damien established Mortgage Ease Australia in 2000 before a restructure and name change to TOP GEAR FINANCE in 2008, so that he could focus on giving his clients the personalised service that had made him so popular. A genuine interest in helping others to succeed is what motivates Damien in his day to day business.

Damien has extensive experience with all the major lenders, as well as a host of smaller banks and alternative lenders. He has settled millions of dollars worth of loans in a 9 year period.
